The mods don't read every post. Someone most likly flagged the post your talking about for content, and it was reviewed. If you would like to flag a post for review it can be done with the little red icon in the upper left.

No, I'm completely fine with atheists posting on my threads and think it should be completely allowed, but I'm kinda annoyed that I was warned after doing it once, when lots of others do it heaps of times.

Like i said they don't read all of the responses, if they did I sure whom ever would receive the same warning.

I've been reported too, so I went back to the thread and flagged every post the other user had with similar personal attacks in it. I think he's still here though.

Lol, it sounds like the rules aren't heavily enforced anyway. I don't see a reason why non-Christians aren't allowed to input their views in the discussion where relevant.

What relevant views could a non believer have in the exploration of Christianity?

This is not a debate sub forum or at least it is not supposed to be. this is a place where non believers can find answer to their Christian questions.

Exploring Christianity is also about mutual knowledge gained, correct? Exploring each other's views helps give is insight into our own. This is why I prefer discussing things with those who make no knowledge claim, because they are open to all views, and are interested in seeking truth. As an ex-baptist, I can definitely say I know the feeling of 'knowing' god exists, but I realize I had my mind closed off, and mutually beneficial discussions could never take place.

As I said, in just about every thread I've posted here, an atheist/humanist has commented at some stage and it has been helpful and/or relevant to the topic.

Relevant in the Exploration of Christianity? How?

Again this is not a place for point counter point debate.

Just like if i were answering questions on a fix your car forum, my advise is not a matter of debate so as to see who wins or to over come a philosophy designed to exclude all aspects of God. It is advise given to answer questions about Christianity.

Athiests can provide a different viewpoint. objectivity is always important.

But debate can be the best way of exploring Christianity. If I was to use this forum to ask some general interest question like "Why should I become a Christian?" (you get the point), it would be good to get a perspective obviously from the Christians but also from the atheists which most of them were Christians. Not the best example, but it is important that more than one side is represented.

On a similar note, is there actually a debate forum on this site? If there is, I haven't found it.

Athiests can provide a different viewpoint. objectivity is always important.

This.
