I think you're putting plenty of emphasis on his words but not enough on his actions. He and his buddies did everything they could to avoid conceding to his loss in 2020. If you had asked me two weeks ago if it seems Trump would like to be President indefinitely, I would've said, "I bet he would." As I mentioned, he admires authoritarian rulers. For him, they're winners because they stay on top.

Compromised courts rejected voting fraud cases by the dozens for various reasons without even examining the evidence in court. All the voting fraud cases that democrats falsely claimed proved no massive voting fraud occurred were settled in just the first few weeks after the election, long before any serious investigations into the credible evidence of fraud had concluded. There is nothing insignificant about theft of national elections by fraud. The same Soros-connected voting machines used to steal the Venezuelan election for communists for the last two decades have been used in the US by crooks to steal US elections, in addition to other fraudulent methods.
Voter Id can go a long way concerning such issues. Using a voter card, just like an atm....Every transaction tracked. Voters receive receipt of their vote, recorded properly with proof on paper...Making for checking any "anomalies" able to easily discovered and corrected.
Trump sometimes says dumb things, and this is one of them. His stance was that Christians don't vote very often - I'm not sure I agree with that, or where that idea comes from, although I'd like them to vote more often. Trump thinking that he will be able to turn the country into such a paradise in four years that we won't have to vote is a fantasy, at best. But Democrats are trying to turn this quote into some sort of statement that Trump will get rid of elections, or set himself up as dictator, or establish some sort of Fascist Regime, or whatever. And that is just simply nonsense and more left wing fear mongering.
