What I do or do not think isn't the topic of this thread. This is about you guys. I want to know what you think.

You appear to be challenging what people do post on the topic of the OP. You've been presented with numerous answers to your question and yet it doesn't seem that you have found an answer that you agree with yet. I was just wondering if you had formulated an answer to your own question in the OP or if you were still looking for answers.

I stated in the OP that I don't know the answer. The answer can't be some pat super-spiritual reason, and I'm going to test those for their logic and validity when compared with what I know about the Bible, as we are told to do in Scripture: test the spirits, test what you're taught.
