Jesus asked his Father to 'forgive them for they know not what they do' and they did not ask him for forgiveness. God hates evil because it kills his children. the devil was a child of God too, God wants nothing more than for him to return home.

I do not believe scripture supports the devil or the demons cast out of heaven to return to God. Their eternity is already set. They will be thrown in the Lake of Fire for eternity.

Well with all due respect The Revelation speaks very differently about HaSatan's end

Rev 20: 7 When the thousand years are completed, Satan will be released from his prison, 8 and will come out to deceive the nations which are in the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together for the war; the number of them is like the sand of the seashore.9 And they came up on the broad plain of the earth and surrounded the camp of the saints and the beloved city, and fire came down from heaven and devoured them. 10 And the devil who deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are also; and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.

2 bad you don't realize they are internal realities and that God does not will that any shall perish. if freedom is not a thing then no ones salvation matters. if freedom is part of reality then it means all beings have the possibility to return to God.

literalist stumble over the word because flesh knows fleshs and spirit knows spirit. thus Christ is a stumbling block to those who do not partake of Christ. we are all in different stages of spiritual growth but there comes a time you put away childish things. all will partake of God as much as they desire but only the pure in heart shall see God.

Messiah did not die for the remission of sin of Angels. You will not find that anywhere in scripture. Your "doctrine" is based upon a tradition of man that does not stand up under the examination of scripture

i'm Gods scripture and anyone who wants to partake of Christ will become such. I know that sounds haughty but it is common sense that God could give fallen angels a chance at being human. and my common sense is Gods heart. and he speaks things that the scriptures might not have in them. God even gave you a proof in his bible:

John 16:12-15 (YLT)
`I have yet many things to say to you, but ye are not able to bear them now; and when He may come--the Spirit of truth--He will guide you to all the truth, for He will not speak from Himself, but as many things as He will hear He will speak, and the coming things He will tell you; He will glorify me, because of mine He will take, and will tell to you. `All things, as many as the Father hath, are mine; because of this I said, That of mine He will take, and will tell to you;

I've read many things but I have never read or heard of anyone saying "i'm Gods scripture" and "my common sense is Gods heart". Common sense is something humans have, God doesn;t because he knows everything.

In my opinion...I don't think it's wrong to feel sorry for Satan or the demons, no. I've thought from time to time about how, if Satan were to come crawling back to God on his hands and knees, ashamed and sorry for what he had done...maybe God would forgive him? Who knows. But, the Bible does make it pretty clear that that isn't going to happen.

Anyway, I actually think it's great that you have this kind of compassion. If you feel compassion for the most evil individual, perhaps it'll be easier for you to also have compassion on murderers, rapists, terrorists, unbelievers, et cetera, and be able to treat them in a way that demonstrates Christ's power and love.

Now, does that mean that you condone what they did/do? Definitely not! Satan is, as so many people have pointed out, a thief and a liar, who comes to steal, kill, and destroy. He's wicked and has no qualms about destroying someone's life and disobeying God. That's not okay! It's not okay when people molest children, kill others, rape women--NONE of that is okay.

Feel compassion for the sinner (AND their victims), but hate the sin. That's what I think.

I agree. I also think that Jesus did fear for them because they were not saved and would be judged on Judgement Day. The other thing it shows us is that we are to always seek forgiveness, even if it is someone elses wrong. Pray for them. I think a prayer for someone else in love is very powerful to God, because it shows the second greatest commandment and it also fulfills "forgive others as I have forgiven them". Forgiveness is a pretty big thing actually in the Bible because hearts can grow bitter, even the heart of the one hurting or doing the hurting.

Jesus did not die for angels sin.

The good angels are already in heaven and the fallen angels already have their eternity set by God, in the Lake of Fire.

Jesus came for human beings only.

For G-d so loved the WORLD.... it doesnt say for G-d so loved all of creation or the heavens....

Angels had a first row seat to the heavenly places. They knew G-d in a way you and I will only know after we are raised from the dead. No where in scripture does it indicate that the Angles can be redeemed.

2 Peter 2:4
For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but sent them to hell, putting them in chains of darkness to be held for judgment;

Jude 1:6
And angels who did not keep their own domain, but abandoned their proper abode, He has kept in eternal bonds under darkness for the judgment of the great day,

judgment of a God of mercy looks very different than judgment from a God who can't figure out solution to heal souls. we all must keep our freedom in order to be ourselves which is why hell can even exist but the whole point of this kind of reality is for an intermediary between heaven and hell.

It is very hard for the Holy Spirit to teach someone who has already made up their mind. Prayerfully is how we are lead to truth.

Do you pray before you read God's Word?

I try to get rid of myself so God can show me the truth. that is what the prophets try to do.

What prophets? There hasn't been a biblical prophet in almost 2000 years.

If your doctrine, views and beliefs are in conflict with scripture, its time to revisit what you think/believe

Dear Hieronimus. God is Love, and God wants loving sons and daughters. I know that Satan lives and does his dirty work. But why take so much notice of that, let us just ignore Satan and his dirty acts of work. In Matthew 22:40:
we read: " On two Commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets: Love God with all our hearts, with all our souls and with all our minds. The second is: love our neighbour as ourselves." That is easy to understand and to follow:
IF WE REALLY WANT TO. Matthew 7: 7-10: tells us:" Ask and you shall receive," we simply ask God for Love and Joy,
then thank God and share all love and joy with our neighbour. We keep asking and receiving, then thank God and share all love and joy with all around us. (neighbour is all we know and all we meet, friends and not friends)
The Bible tells us: " Repent and Be Born Again," change from being selfish and unloving to love and care and use
always friendly language. God will notice and keep blessing us.
The Holy Spirit will help and guide us, and Jesus our Saviour will lead us all the way: JESUS IS THE WAY. We might stumble and forget at times, but then we ask God to forgive us and carry on being loving and caring. Let us always follow God`s teaching and thank God for His help, because that is to show our Love to our Heavenly Father, and to our brothers and sisters in Christ. I say this with love, Hieronimus. Greetings from Emmy, your sister in Christ.

if I could separate myself from my understanding of the bible then I would

and btw you are wrong. there are prophet but your understanding of the bible, which is your own authority and not the scriptures, tells you that there is not.

There are no prophets like those found in scripture.

You are 100% correct when you state that scripture is the authority upon which my views are shaped.

You are so intellectually and emotionally invested in your "church doctrine" that you are unable to set it aside to determine if indeed it lines up with scripture.

I used to be like that too.... then after years of trying to force scripture to bend to what the doctrine taught said I finally had enough. I stopped and simply allowed scripture to speak for itself and what I discovered is MUCH of what is being taught in the gentile church is NOT scriptural.
