Good to see so many Christian Metalheads out here, don't find a lot of them among us, Roman Catholics for some reason!

So are you just into the metalcore stuff or other stuff good too? I know a few bands but I always disliked the metalcore for the most part and not a huge fan of black metal either but there are good ones.

Theocracy is interesting me. They remind me of Kamelot and Queensryche. Kamelot had theological themes in their music at times, including their masterwork: THE BLACK HALO.

I think much of the material of Killswitch Engage has religious undertones. If nothing else many of the songs are positive.

I can't confirm it, but I have heard that the members (or at least some of them) are christians

I like anything that sounds like Metallica, Iron Maiden and Bullet for my Valentine to name a few, I love the band theocracy, the Track Nailed from album As The World Bleeds is amazing althogh it is based on a slightly Anti-Catholic note :/ I love the more recent 'Living Sacrifice' tracks as well. And yes Metalcore Music is something i don't wanna live without.

They are more alternative metal, atleast to me. A band that sounds more nu metal type is p.o.d

I listen to POD myself, I never knew this, I feel bad now kinda. What is this "Rasta Jesus" you speak of? They have a few good songs, Satellite, Alive, and Youth of The Nation. I'm not really a huge fan, just a few songs I enjoy.

Thats up to you to determine, for me the proof available on the net is more than sufficient to make me believe that their perception of Jesus is pure BLASPHEMY...

nobody like my list. their some very good bands on it. A hill to die upon is doom metal. pantokrator is another. If you listen to POD's first album its very christian. much more so then their newer stuff. And hey Rishad got your reguest. If you need more metal bands ask. I know alot. But dont ask about Catholicism, i am Quaker and dont agree with a lot of their teachings. but oh well. birds of as feather flock together. Doesnt make you any less christian then me. just a different few point of it. But I am a huge metal head.

there are a lot of doom metal christian bands. But i dont get into it all that much. but crimson moonlight is very good. A hill to die upon is one and pantokrator. You got to listen to old soul embraced. and sympathy. very heavy old school death metal. another is royal anguish, dark lay still, elqibbor, horde. check out divinemetaldistro.com

how about a hope for the dying. iron maidenish. Seven angles is another. ultimatum sounds like matallica a bit. . i will get their name for you. check out radrockers.com eternal decision is like a christian clone of metallica. Once dead, temple of doom are others.

You cant take the internets OPINION and say that what the band is for. No, first off, you take a look at the bands music. Second, if the band didnt say that than it is most likely not true. Didnt you learn to never believe everything that you read. I bet you it was the same ppl that said toby mac was a satanist, whatever? they dont like his music cause hes a christian
