The Arabic transliteration of the word is incorrect on that website. The Arabic itself is right, but it should be transliterated Masihi, not Masihiun. Masihiun is plural.

In German, a single Christian is a Christ [krisst] in the case of a male or a Christin [krisst-inn] in the case of a female. Multiple Christians are called Christen [krisst-uhn] (male) or Christinnen [krisst-inn-uhn].

Polish:

a Christian (male) - chrześcijanin
a Christian (female) - chrześcijanka
plural (male/general) - chrześcijanie
plural (female) - chrześcijanki
adjective - chrześcijański

Both nouns and adjectives are declined according to number, gender and case. There are seven cases in Polish, so, for example a Christian female (singular) can have following forms: chrześcijanka, chrześcijanki, chrześcijance, chrześcijankę, chrześcijanką, o chrześcijance, chrześcijanko.
