As Noah sat weeping he explained, Lord I did my best but ran into a few problems.
First I had to get a building permit for a re-drawn plan to meet codes. Then I was told I needed a fire sprinkler system and my neighbor complained I was violating zoning laws by blocking his view. And then as if that wasn't enough I ran out of wood because of restrictions to save camping areas, and sued by an animal rights group for gathering wild animals without a permit. Now the IRS is after me for back taxes and wanting to leave the country without flood inshurance.
Lord will you still destroy the earth? God answered: The government allready has!
