After perusing the list, I think the team looks balanced.

This board was turned over to the members in order to achieve one goal balance and look at what happened? What did we really learn in the end that essentially we were more balanced the other way than we are now.

Balance is achievable to a degree on a board like this but the understanding must also come that not all the time will everyone be pleased with every decision made. As much as I love Erwin this was his one weakness, he wanted to please everyone, and although a lofty goal that is, it is not a realistic one with this many people.

I believe that in the direction we seem to be heading now we will see progress and more than we have seen in quite some time, but people have to be ready for change once again because it is coming.

Unfortunately, it sounds like we're returning to the old system that gave moderators virtually unlimited power and led to the Gestapo like tactics they use now.

It does not mean being luke warm in order to be balanced, You can have a balanced board that is still extremely Christian in nature. And that does not give into false doctrine.
