I have asked for friends on this forum before, and got mixed results. I wanted to leave it at that.

But God is driving me crazy. He keeps saying, "Ask for friends one last time. You will be surprised by the results."

I suspect God is telling you to ask for friends in real life not virtual life. It is not possible to have a real friendship online. It is possible to have real communications, of course, but friendship requires physical reality of time and space together. As Stephen Stills once sang, Love the one you are with. Proverbs says that those who have friends are friendly. That means with the people you have actual contact with.

Because God says "ask" I assume he means on the internet or this forum, for friendships rarely work like that in reality (unless we are 6 year olds, which is nothing wrong with that). Also because he says "one last time", so perhaps he is referring to the previous friendships on this forum? If they were on this forum then I am sure he is referring to try one more time on here or wherever else that friendship took place? Please do not take my word but this is my interpretation.
I would like to add that you are very lucky or blessed should I say for being capable to hear his will, truly lucky!

Bottom line, I think God wanted me to ask, so I would either gain insight from the replies in this thread, or gain actual friends. I am okay with either.

I agree with this, friends in real life are much more beneficial than ones you can't really see,touch or have fun with.
