I didn't mean I could not buy food, I just don't have my car right now and it's hard to go shopping without wheels... the gas station up the street works for the basics until then.... I get the car back early in the week.... I'm sorry if you misunderstood.

Hi Dave...I think I am tired of having the house out of order, it should be over this week...I think I am tired with this virus nagging on...yet, It is well with my soul.

They tell me tuesday at the latest. Then (after I pay the bill) I may need help from the food pantry... I thought about using angle food ministries... but they always have pork and I don't eat pork... that is what has stopped me before.

I usually give a food donation every month to our city family assistance program...this month has been terrible, because of the remodel and the virus...I need to get something over there. I usually give fresh chicken, sometimes hamburger along with lots of dry things...no junk food.

I walked up to the gas station a little bit ago.. got me some milk bread the cheapest butter like product they had and some snacks.

Know what... I get three weeks vaca this year... Walgreen's is making changes on the 12th of March or there about... They say that no-one is actually losing thier job but indicated that if we DON'T LIKE the changes we are welcome to quit and work at McDonalds. lol.

I could use a vacation just to stay at home and do me stuff. I had been saving it just in case something happened to my job (I could get paid for extra weeks).. however, if i don't use it I loose it. (yearly)... I think I may just take the first week available....I don't feel any loyalty what-so-ever to my boss, my company or to my coworkers; which is a first for me because I'm usually so loyal it's stupid. lol...

And also too..... I delivered several avon orders this weekend... and I got my first paycheck as the district managers administrative assistant.... I really do wish I could make a living doing avon... and write a book like angelwind suggested.... I have one in mind you know, but she wouldn't like it... It has dragons and magic, and takes place in outer space..

I had an aunt who sold Avon...I can still smell those lipstick samples...they had a very strong aroma...back in the 50's.

I enjoy the Avon immensely.... the lipstick doesn't stink anymore. at least not the ones I have... I would need 8 to 10 orders a day to make a living at it and currently I get approximately 2 a week. lol... (However, I did get two this weekend)... both small.

I also do enjoy writing... I was surprised when you picked up on it... I am good at it when I apply myself. (although I struggle with punctuation and spelling of uncommon words.) I have a very creative mind... but being creative it loves the mysterious, (dragons, mermaids, anything mythical that could be surrounded in romance)... However, my books would always have a happy ending and a hero... the biggest problem I would have is killing characters off. I wouldn't want to and you probably have to (I'd imagine) to get taken seriously...

If I could sell Avon and write and tinker in my garden a little I would be very happy indeed.

I think you should take a stab at this writing thing...you never know what will happen...pray about it, maybe a children's book would be a start.

Good morning Eagles....I hope that everyone had a good weekend. Birdie, hang in there....just when you think you're about to fall off...God catches you and gives you a great big hug. Get busy with His work and you won't have time to worry about anything else. Speaking of which, Alan is seriously considering the pastoral position in the nearby town but we are soooooo happy at our home church. We would be "leaving the padded pews" literally. (There's a title for a book). Also, the other one is dark and sombre, too big and echoing it's emptiness and despair. We don't know why the other pastor left so abruptly but the sheep are hurt big time. I can't help but think that God is calling us out of our comfort zone to minister to this fold and yet, I'm afraid, reluctant to obey, feeling selfish and sorry for myself. Please pray for us.

Turning the page, here is a recent development in "Day of The Dead" ...I have elaborated on the pillars, added a few musicians and cleaned up here and there. My son thinks a vase or piece of pottery belongs...your thoughts are welcome

I am feeling much better....yeah!!!! The tile work is in progress in the bathroom, that is the last really time consuming thing...the installation of the glas door will not take long, it is just the waiting time for the order, it may take 3 weeks due to the color of metal we like, a burnt, oiled metal color, very popular right now.

The NASCAR racing season has started for those interested, we have races on while we do other things, I get bored with the commercials now. Lots of firey crashes for the Daytona 500...which I did not see live; we had a light snowfall last night, it kept knocking off our satelite reception.
