Happy New Year

We are spending the first day of 2012 very quietly here. I raked leaves for about 2 hours...got 5 big trash cans packed with leaves and sticks and emptied. Watered the grass for a while with the sprinkler......next up will be making enchiladas for our dinner.

Forgot to mention we have football on TV. It will be interesting to see what happens to the Denver Broncos today.

We had a lovely walk earlier, and are just relaxing as we cook a roast pork dinner

My wife and I are both looking forward to a quiet night together. My wife is cooking one of my favorite meals, we'll watch some television, and play with our dogs. We don't plan to drive anywhere unless it's an emergency.

Hubby is watching football...the same game

We had a lovely walk earlier, and are just relaxing as we cook a roast pork dinner

My wife and I are both looking forward to a quiet night together. My wife is cooking one of my favorite meals, we'll watch some television, and play with our dogs. We don't plan to drive anywhere unless it's an emergency.

It is really quiet here today....I am tired from what I did yesterday...we ate luch out and got %40 off our bill as a special for seniors. We are expecting someone to come and look at our bathroom...one of the subcontractors, everything is being put in place to begin the actual work.
