Hi gang, I seem to get busy on the weekends...I go to church on Sundays again. With my health issues a major part of my life now, I won't be attending a lot of meetings, but i sure like how the pastor prays for his flock and congregation, i do not feel left out even tho I am new there and not a member.

Watched the Packers win their football game again last night...thumbsup for them...Aaron Rogers is fun to watch...and he is making history in the sport.

Thanks Dave...we are having a holiday here for many that work...Columbus Day I think, the mail will not be delivered. I took about 4 hours to restring a beaded necklace that broke...I thought I might like to make more of those, but changed my mind...it is very time consuming and I would rather play with my camera, but at least i can wear the necklace again.

Thanks for the reminder. Yes, I know that Canada celebrates Thanksgiving on a different day than we do. Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays because we always have so much to give thanks for. I hope that you have a blessed time with your family.

Your roses are always so yummy to see Dave...I am having a quiet day today, will stay out of the heat...detained a very cute little dog yesterday...he had gotten out of his yard...his owner came for him last night. I think I would have kept him if no one had claimed him, Gracie was tickled to have a friend to play with.

We got flu shots yesterday too...we do well taking those things in the Fall, doesn't mena we never get sick, but not as often it seems.

I am in His hands [and care] I won't try to compete with His will for me

Besides... Human medicine, is not foolproof nor does it have, a panacae for all ills

My little dogs play ball about this time every night, but there seems to be some interruptions. Some of the interruptions are hilarious to watch. Recent invaders of the back yard include rabbits, toads, and crickets. The rabbits make short work out of out-running them and taking a quick exit, but the other two are good for 5-10 minutes of laughs. One already found out that toads don't taste very good. I haven't tasted one recently, but little Hank sure did have a YUK face on. Some of the crickets get eaten. My little Lucy retraces the steps of the path that the rabbits take to see if it's still somehow there. Much better than television and it's free.
