There are conspiracy theories about everything
I for one saw the planes fly directly into the towers.
Fight 93 we know was highjacked
there are foreign voices in the cockpit
before it was crashed intentionally to avoid the terrible plan of attack that these said foreigners had hatched.
I do not believe for a second that it was the US government conspiring
to blow up it's own citizens that is ludicrous.
When you consider the tremendous heat surrounding the two areas of collapse
and in fact numerous intense fires burning inside the stucture itself
I am not surprised this building also collapsed.
This is just my opinion but I will hold to that until irrefutable evidence comes to light
to prove that opinion wrong.
Just because a building has never collapsed before from fire doesn't mean it is must therefore be impossible.
You have to admit the conditions on 9/11 were very unusual and intense and never seen before.

I have seen film 'made' of the released videos, [then, shown, frame by frame]
clearly showing ~a wing falling off, of a plane BEFORE it made contact with the building_
suggestive of, 'image engineering' /the video was, created-imagery, being badly-synchronised
Another video clip I saw, was one of the 'nose cowling' of an aircraft,
coming out of the far side of a building
after the alleged impact
Such a cowling is made of FIBRE-GLASS and should, have disintegrated, during impact
The clip implies, that the cowling passed 'unharmed' through the initial impact
and the ALL internal walls/ furniture and out the other side ~an impossibility ?
As for those cockpit dialogues that you mention [?] these too
would easily be RECORDED in a sound studio...ie: contrived, for the purpose of deceit
as examples, I offer, the Radio Shows, of long ago

The Fires, that are alleged to have brought down the buildings [?]
might well, have weakened the steel framework of those buildings

But the framework on the opposite side of the building [?] would remain SOUND
leaving the upper floors to topple, -over the collapsed side
BUT!!! that is NOT - what-happened [?] and all three buildings fell [as-if demolished]
The rubble piles also tested 'positive' for
Thermite _a metal cutting pyrotechnical composition
that causes exothermic reactions [HEAT]
This would need 'installing' within the buildings, before the alleged contact by aircraft
It has also been announced, that there were MANY unused floors, within these buildings
And, YES! I agree that 9/11 circumstances were VERY UNIQUE _on the day
and leaving conspiracy aside... to consider ONLY_ similarity and coincidence
Those collapses were VERY VERY SIMILAR and, UNEXPECTEDLY very NEAT
Governments are renowned for
their Weapons Of Mass Distraction 'claims'
so, to gain support, for their Home and Foreign Interventions
and find it very difficult to tell the truth
