CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Hi everyone Well I survived a day at work then I went to the gym and worked out for over an hour. I feel good for it but wasn't sure I would be able to last as I still have a cough from the cold. It is good to be back moving again though. We have a bit of sun today which is nice.

Today was a typical fall day a bit of sun but not overly hot. Work went well and I am trying to finalize plans to get away on Saturday. Both Hubby and I have lots of loose ends to tie up. As my disabled son goes to respite I need to pack for him and arrange various support services while I am gone. I am not excited yet but I am looking forward to getting away with hubby. Even though I actually had the summer off my educatiion job I was pretty busy with other things so this will be a nice break.

Thanks Ariel I am sure it will be wonderful. Hubby plans to sleep a lot he says. It is so nice to have the option to do nothing or lots of stuff. We are blessed to have family still at home to watch the dog and feed the fish etc.

There seems to be some sort, of GLITCH haunting my visits here, today
It seems I am being signed-out, whilst composing my messages
and it is necessary to click, on, Advanced, to be able to save the message
and sign in 'again' before being enabled to PROCEED and post it
This, is indeed very tedious, when, it occurs as repeatedly, as it has
Previously, I could remain signed-in all day
and in that way could visit my other tabs and bring 'inspired-stuff'
from my travels back in with me
Is there, anyone-else...finding themselves in similar 'boat' ??
