It is quite mild to-day and that snow we got is melting. If I had made a snowman, he would be saggy chin to-day.

It is ok to ask for prayer,,in the prayer thread, designed for that purpose. It is even ok to complain about one's ills, from time to time, but not every post.

It is nice to share blessings and good events, things that are uplifting and beneficial to all. This is my point.

You have all heard the old cry wolf story....eventually the person gets ignored and the wolf wins.

I agree Jim if we all wrote ALL about ALL our aches and pains, my goodness we would have to add pages and pages and pages!!!! I for one wish people would post prayer request in the thread where it is supposed to be, why have it if we don't use it?? I look there evey time I am on so I know what to add to my prayer time. I think it is nice to also post answered prayer there. I think people are just bringing attention to themselves when they have to make a seperate thread for prayer request.
Just my opinion.

Another bright sunny day here. Each day draws us closer to the hot summer days. Then we turn on the air conditioners to reverse those hot sweaty days,,,lol....What a chimera is man; what a contradiction.

It is true Jim, we complain about the cold weather then we complain about the hot weather. My husband has been complaining a lot about the lack of sun here. It will be interesting to see what he says today as it is presently sunny. He is having a sleep in or lay in I think the English say. I imagine he will complain that there are too many clouds driftling in front of the sun or something. It is still faily cold for this time of year though not that I am complaining. lol Jan

Thankfully, it is not cold to-day, but it is raining. This is supposed to turn to snow tonight and tomorrow.........maybe......as the temperature drops to -2.

One can always busy his mind even on a rainy day, so not all is ever lost.

Well talking about the weather!! Made it to church and home have had rain snow and sleet, hail. Please pray for family and friends that are now stuck in airports along the East coast(all closed)trying to get back after Easter break. Long Island will get hit hard!! May be biggest April winter storm in history. As night is coming here the roads are very slippery. Another "snow day" for kids in "April"????? Oh no!!!!Think what will happen in this part of the world we are now cold and then all of a sudden it will get unbearable hot(no in between stuff) but the Lord is in control even of this crazy weather.
