Here is one of my favorite verses:

Therefore be imitators of God as dear children.
And walk in love,
As Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us,
an offering and a sacrifice to God
for a sweet-smelling aroma.

Ephesians 5:1-2

Beloved in Christ, let us walk in love, and let the offering of our lives be a sweet fragrance to God.

Have a blessed day!

Oh btw thank you so much for the much appreciated java NorwayUnn. Well the weather is much the same. Wet and cold but I am so enjoying all the beautiful rhododendrons and other perrenial bushes in bloom in my yard. I even get to enjoy the natural beauty in the small "forest" right beside me. There are lovely flowers there too but not sure what they are called. Maybe they are weeds but still beautiful to me. It does seem much darker here than usual this am though. May Gods SONSHINE light our hearts fully today and every day. Love Jan

They, the KKK, & any other militant (including too many forum-members, hitting report-buttons) are all in
the same -killing/sinking- mental boat. Knowing that Jim, hadn't you better the mafia?, along with Dave's 'false prophets'? ~
Leave.

Once I was the most active-person in a church, always the 1st. to Volunteer, no task was too small or great. I am in the habit of giving, & Giving, & ..., ~ so busy with this, 30-yrs. flew by before realizing how few of us love; & this for
altruistic reasons
. Maybe even an 80-yr. old preacher, can give the Latter? some *more consideration*.

TOO MANY FORUM MEMBERS
HITTING THE REPORT-BUTTON ???

nonsense woman ! You would have left us months ago !

Come on now! be > FAIR <

You must INVENT these claims of being ATTACKED
by 'other members'

To find, another-member's antics amusing /wierd
is NO-DIFFERENT
to watching say: a tv broadcast
WHERE in this present subject (?)
You BROADCAST YOURSELF

'for all to bear-witness to'

'VIEWS then held' by members _as images received.. will depend on many factors then affecting the viewer
at the moment of viewing ~
concentration level- any personal-link to incoming images - invitation to respond is appealing enough

To disagree with another's opinion IS NOT AN ATTACK upon that person....SIMPLY
'just' an anounced VIEW on that matter

WHAT ARE THESE 'false-prophets' ANNIE ?
WHERE DO THEY COME FROM ?
WHY ARE THEY HERE IN THE NEST?
WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THEM ONCE DISCOVERED ?

These are questions we ask ourselves
WHEN contrary to our wishes to commune 'joyfully'
The seas are stormy with 'malevolent-discontent'

We dont have answers as to why some members
'grow their-own weed*'

We TRUST in the information obtained via the senses
our-Lord gave-us that we might witness
and, bear testament to His AWESOME MAJESTY

and Not! our's

And the Black Widow
who *enjoys her passion*
will then turn around
and suck the life from her former-plaything's 'husk'
Is actually 'an angel' on the Lord's business

the TEDDY HUG is always-available for ANY MUG
or, should I hope for a life that simply goes 'chug-chug'

A diamond has many facets
Whilst BEAUTY seen, through so many eyes
is so-different to every one
PASSION also-varies, from soul to soul
and we can agree it's our love of Jesus
and his promise to make us whole
that, brings us closer to His Word not our's

a maxim I use:
to receive passively and to give actively

It has been a lovely day (ALL DAY) outside my window

my lounge window is but 40 yards from
a B-road that is 'playing-up' A-ROUTE
at the incomplete southwest END
of A ROUTE (A4174) NAMED: "THE RING ROAD"

'SPLIT-RING' !!!

Traffic is incessant day and night
Pollution is heaviest on calm days when then,
the particulate 'fallout'
is also > at it's heaviest HB3/HB4 'grade'

what 'cost' human lives ?

dave
well.... it rags me
that there isnt a tunnel 'being excavated'
but with Blair taking Tropical Holidays to refresh-him
to his Right-Honourable Status
I guess there isnt much hope of that occurring

I am moving soon..........

Hello all!

Well, Jim has got his binoculars, and I have mine out, too, right here on top of my bird books. Just in case any new species show up today....

My fish have FINALLY slowed down to normal speeds and the pond lilies are coming up. My husband teaches his last class today. Hooray! Maybe we will be digging up our north 400 this weekend!

Meanwhile, I've planted a few tomatoes in pots (again). I lost my first batch, it was a case of cold feet, poor things....

And I continue to think on the goodness of the Lord. This is a word to Israel, who thought that they could escape an enemy by turning to another enemy:

For thus says the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel:
"In returning and rest you shall be saved;
In quietness and confidence shall be your strength."

--Isaiah 30:15

This is also a good word for us. There are times when it is best to turn to the Lord, to rest in Him, to draw from His strength.

May God's peace be with you today. May you be confident in knowing who you are in Christ, and may you be blessed in knowing His love for you.

Well, Dave, birds certainly are interesting, but I watch for all wildlife here; bears, coyotes, deer and wild turkeys. Just yesterday I watched a racoon climb a tree by the house. It remained there all day, just watching us move about.

Another lovely day here. Enjoying the sun. The fields are dry enough to drive right down to the back acres.

Cheers,

Jim

Rob and I were entertained by a couple of Robins at breakfast the other day. In the end Rob moved to a different seat at the dining table in order to get a better view. Not too much wildlife in the garden at the moment. I know we get hedgehogs at night time. I like watching the butterflies and ladybirds.:)

""Another lovely day here. Enjoying the sun. The fields are dry enough to drive right down to the back acres.""

Yes Jim! despite all the rain of past weeks
the soil in the gardens outside my window
is baked and cracked below the bark mulching
a drought this summer could see desertification
make itself NOTICED here

I am presently observing finches and [bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse]
in the bushes and trees out back
I will capture such images as I am permitted
and will post them here (from Monday)

Cheers,

dave

I am glad someone is having nice weather. We had another huge deluge of rain last night after my 20 minute sun break with lightening and the rest. It continued off and on very heavy until about 2pm today. We are supposed to be rain free for the next while but the temperatures are still very low. At the moment it is 12 degrees Celsius and there is a mix of cloud and sunshine. Hubby is trying to do some sunbathing on the deck again. lol On my walk to work in the rain and cold this am I was asking God why we might be needing this unnaturally long stretch of cold and wet weather. We still have a huge snow pack on the mountains as well. Jan
