Well my part of Western NY had another snow day today!! This is the last one the schools have It had been very windy all night and did snow about another foot(lake effect) Supposed to get a little warmer next week so maybe all this snow will be gone by June!

we are getting more snow tonight not as bad as earlier this week it still is freezing cold here too.
next week later in the week it says it will be in the high forties .

Hi Abimelech. Oh we just connect in a chatty non confrontational and uplifting way here in Chit Chat. By the way Dave I thought I had posted a few days ago about your lovely doggies but I see the post didn't show up. I think they have the loveliest sweetest faces.
Speaking of Grand Children, I am far off the mark in that regard but my good friend from school days just had her first a grand son and I am getting to enjoy the excitement with emails and pictures. Unfortuanately she lives back east in Ottawa Ontario though so I can't visit.
It is good to see you back Jim.

Jan, where have you been? So glad you can enjoy the new birth with your friend. Isn't the internet grand?? Wasn't it worth tearing your hair out trying to learn all this new fangled stuff just to keep in touch with the rest of the world?

It fooled us to-day. The sun came out and got reasonably mild. Wife decided to go for walk in back fields......then the wind came up,,,cold, cold , cold again.....4 weeks to spring........can all those groundhogs be wrong?
