Good morning or afternoon, or maybe even evening everyone.

Hope everyone's Easter was wonderful. Ours was quiet, we had a nice church service, and the rest of the day we just took it easy. Over here, it is Autumn, gosh, it is sure strange not having Easter in Spring, just does not feel right, LOL.

We are still planning on moving back to the states, but, now, it looks like it is going to be delayed and I am not sure when we will be able to leave. The surveyor that was going to buy the business has backed out, so now, it is back to square one, we can not leave without the funds from the sale, we just do not have it. Man, it is always something. Please keep us in your prayers.

I myself am OK, been a little down more than usual, but, I guess that is stress. *Sigh* Still have health issues, the two ultra sounds I had did not show much, so now, they want to do an abdominal laprascope to see what that mass is. I am on a 5 month wait list now. They said that if they thought it was cancer, they would not make me wait that long, so, I guess that is promising, but, I am use to getting in right away being from the states, that is how it is done. Oh well, at least I have not had to pay anything, back home, it would have been up in the thousands by now.

Thank you, I am looking forward to moving back, but, it is so stressful. It would be great to have the laprascope soon, but, they say there is not much hope for that, so, I must depend on Jesus for all this.

Just noticed this - what is your callsign, drjean, and for how long have you been a radio ham? David and I are both radio hams, although he is much more enthusiastic and active than I am. Have you heard of WACRAL? That stands for World Association of Christian Radio Amateurs and Listeners.

Hello everyone,

Just stopping by to see how folks are doing.

I am doing OK, we are in Autumn here, brrrrr, it has been cold, our mountains have snow on them. It is so hard to say May for Autumn when back home, May is Spring.

We are still planning our move back to the states June 15th, however, nothing seems to be working as we hoped, so, now, I am not going to count on it. I am sad about this. I guess the Lord has plans for me/us, I just wish He would let us know sooner than later.

A Minister passing through his church
In the middle of the day,
Decided to pause by the altar
To see who come to pray.
Just then the back door opened,
And a man came down the aisle,
The minister frowned as he saw the man
Hadn't shaved in a while.
His shirt was torn and shabby,
And his coat was worn and frayed,
The man knelt down and bowed his head,
Then rose and walked away.

In the days that followed at precisely noon,
The preacher saw this chap,
Each time he knelt just for a moment,
A lunch pail in his lap.
Well, the minister's suspicions grew,
With robbery a main fear,

He decided to stop and ask the man,
'What are you doing here?'
The old man said he was a factory worker
And lunch was half an hour
Lunchtime was his prayer time,
For finding strength and power.
I stay only a moment
Because the factory's far away;
As I kneel here talking to the Lord,
This is kinda what I say:

'I JUST CAME BY TO TELL YOU, LORD,
HOW HAPPY I HAVE BEEN,
SINCE WE FOUND EACH OTHERS FRIENDSHIP
AND YOU TOOK AWAY MY SIN.

The minister feeling foolish,
Told Ben that it was fine.
He told the man that he was welcome
To pray there anytime.
'It's time to go, and thanks,' Ben said
As he hurried to the door.
Then the minister knelt there at the altar,
Which he'd never done before.
His cold heart melted, warmed with love,
As he met with Jesus there.
As the tears flowed down his cheeks,
He repeated old Ben's prayer:

His smiles and joy contagious.
Changed people were his reward.
The head nurse couldn't understand
Why Ben could be so glad,
When no flowers, calls or cards came,
Not a visitor he had.

The minister stayed by his bed,
He voiced the nurse's concern:
No friends had come to show they cared.
He had nowhere to turn.
Looking surprised, old Ben spoke up
And with a winsome smile;
'The nurse is wrong, she couldn't know,
He's been here all the while.'
Everyday at noon He comes here,
A dear friend of mine, you see,
He sits right down and takes my hand,
Leans over and says to me:
