Dave is right, it is a city here in New Zealand, it is a lovely town, but oh my, that earthquake a few years back actually demolished certain areas, I could not believe what I saw the first time I went there, those poor people. They are slowly getting it rebuilt, but, it will take a long time to get back to where it was, as it is, whenever they feel a little quake they get scared, I don't blame them, so would I, we have them here and they scare me.

I see, Susie went to "town"....been offline with my Bible study and chores....hubby says he feels like he might be getting sick...hope not, we pass it to each other....lots of flu all around the country right now.

The Patriots play in the rain tonight, should be a very fun game.

It may be so Dave...we get very afraid of the inseen little germs floating around...a friend had her daughter in the hospital on New Years with flu and respiratory failure...she did not have swine flu either.

I doubt if it or the people will ever be the same. I know I would be scared, I get nervous here and we do not have them as severely, but, it could happen.

The weather surprised us and did not get as bad as forecast.
I feel bad for the guys when it IS bad; they had a game a couple weeks back where you could see the puddles on the field and it looked like a 'slip and slide' when they tackled

Good Morning everyone. It is Monday here, right now, it is 9:30 am, the wind is blowing and it is cold, the sun is out at least.

Hope everyone enjoys their Sunday, mine yesterday, was nice and peaceful.

I was going through some of my VCR tapes last night, I came across one that had my aunt and uncles marriage on it and pictures also of when they visited us in Yakima, where I use to live, the best part, mom and dad were on it, it was wonderful, it was like being with them again, I admit, I did cry some as it made me miss them so much, but at least now, I have this video, gosh, JoAnne, my aunt, is also with the Lord, sort of sad how time flies, this was filmed in 1991. Wow.

GreenBay just lost their last game...outside in sub-zero temps.

The Pats will surely be in the SB unless a big surprise happens.

You made a huge change for your life, but you sound more at peace...I know we have movies of my parents somewhere...my brother may have them, but I have not seen them in a long time....I miss them the most as we approach Thanksgiving and Christmas every year...it is not so bad now.

I have no aunts or uncles alive that I know of...some cousins are scattered somewhere...would know how to contact them, we were never close anyway.

A friend of mine says she has lots of friends and relatives crossed out of her address book...they have gone on to glory...her husband being one of them.
