I am getting ready to go to the airport...my friend is returning from spending a week in Colorado...this involves about 2 hours driving time, round trip...not including the pick up at the airport; we may also stop for a lite snack and visit somewhere.

It is very humid here...yucky for sure.

My first surgery could not have gone better, so I sincerely thank you for your prayers. I'm about half way back and still having to take things easy. I'm very happy about the results and am really looking forward to getting my second hand done. I have less pain after the surgery instead of more pain. I have minimal exercises to do - mainly stretching, and I get the stitches out for the first surgery on 8-6.

I missed you and want to thank you again for the prayers. I firmly believe in the power of prayer.

Much to be thankful for today. Glad the surgery helped your hand Tom. Speedy healing on that. Another friend had both of her hands done and it really helped her.
Not much going on here this morning. Late night, sinus kept me up too late and so those few hours of sleep will have to do.

Same to you Gail...I had an up and down night...but have no schedule to keep today...feel a little down due to world events...and am encouraging myself in God's goodness.

I made this little card today...God's love really does not fail...He strengthens me every time with Himself.
