Good morning from my part of the world...
This eagle was found living at the Santa Barbara Zoo...
I have not been there in a while...photo was last year...maybe.
The eagle is kept in a big net-like enclosure. and it has a nice big tree to hop around in.on site did you mean Shirley ?
ie: willingly[from choice] ~outside of any enclosure ?

We have them wild in this area; they are a rare sight that takes your breath away...especially when seen in flight close up
Have a blessed SONday everyone
Do you not have the ability... to make IE9 compatible with older systems
I can do this with IE8 [?]
IE9 cannot be installed on any PC not running Windows 7
and my PC is not able to install Windows 7 [inadequate motherboard]
If, I remain as 'poor' as I presently am....
I may have to give up the internet, in 2014
which is when, my version XP, has it's support from Microsoft withdrawn

I hope you enjoy your new church group Shirley
We have used firefox for some time now and enjoy it.
Occasionally a program won't work with it, but we just pull up IE and run it there.
They have great pop up add ons that even block all the ads on CF
I hear you; we have the same concern (media costs are so expensive here too!)If, I remain as 'poor' as I presently am....

I have IE9, 64 bit, but the CF server must be a little behind, it took Flash Player over a year to catch up with the new technology of a 64 bit browser, so I use Google Chrome when I come on CF now, and it works like a charm.
I only use Google Chrome on CF, and I understand from speaking with Administration here on this site, I am not the only one, that has problems using IE9 on CF. I have no complaints about Google Chrome, but I use IE9, 64 bit everywhere else on the web.
Maybe, Mary and I can continue to use XP ~past the end of 'XP lifetime support' [?]
I am downloading [and saveing... COPIES]
of, all the Service Packs and Updates up-to the withdrawal of support
Then I will save a COPY [or two] of the 'newly installed operating systems' [as 'back-ups']
If we are then ABLE, to afford a Windows 7 /8 computer [between us]
we can continue to run XP.... [in a network]
and place the newer computer between us and the modem / internet
This idea, may of course, see us falling foul
of, those sites ~that ditch, their XP compatibility
But it will, 'enable us' to function [here] for-longer
AFTER THAT [?] we may have-to 'TAKE TURNS' for access [fingers crossed]
