I really need help id like to build up some friends in my profile box but i dont know how you do it
do you just pick names of people on the forum or do you ask them if they would like to be your friend
im new to useing the computer some things ive found easy but this making new friends im stumped

Just click the user name in any post ( redrose42 etc) and click 'add ..... to your contacts'.
Or go to your friend list....click Edit Your Friends List ....then type in the name you want

Good day to all. My son came to do his laundry yesterday, it's always good to see him. I didn't get much reading done though. It's cloudy today, but I'm going uptown to get some things. There's just a 20% chance of rain, so I should be fine as far as that goes.

In my area, we don't get many earthquakes, but we've had a few small one. The only one I actually felt was back in the late 70s.

I see you have been posting a lot in the games....

I think California gets earthquakes every day....we don't feel most of them.

I remember a big quake back in the 70's....the Slymar quake....I was bending over my baby son's crib at the time, just sort of frozen there watching the hanging lamp swing around. My first reaction is to wait and see if the thing will just stop....when they keep rolling or shaking then I run. In reality it is not funny at all.

I want to sincerely thank those who prayed for me. The second surgery on my right hand went great, and I think that I'm recovering quickly. Most of all, I thank God. I still have to take it easy for awhile, but I'm retired and that's no problem.

I'm happy to see that we got our new mail notifications back. I'll try to catch up on my reading maybe tomorrow. Those who are ill or facing other difficulties are in my prayers.

Goood morning eagles....I am planning to power wash the outside of my house today...need to do that when hubby is home. It should not take long and in this heat the house will dry quickly.

it was cooler last night....may be cooler this coming week...sure hope so.

Hello Dave and fellow eagles....I got the outside of my house power washed today....don't know why that was important to me, but it was...got all the side walk hosed don't too...we don't clean with water like that often...it is so much better than sweeping; but water is precious here.

Not much else happening in my quiet world. just waiting for the weather to cool off so I can walk the dog again.
