I got my stitches out Monday afternoon for the surgery on my left hand. It really feels great, even though I have some escalating exercises that must be done to get it up to normal strength. The big news - NO PAIN - NO NUMBNESS - YEAH!
So, now I get ready to go again for the right hand on 8-9. If the results are as good, I will be extremely happy. This one will be my dominant hand, so I'm sure that I will be fumbling around badly for several days using my left hand. I know now that we take for granted things that God gave us to care for ourselves (i.e. hands). I have a new appreciation for hands.
Wow; great news Tom
Praying all goes well on Monday for your surgery ~ God bless you
How niceThanks sincerely for your best wishes and prayers. Lord willing, I'm going to go to Tennessee on September 1st to see my youngest - my son getting married. I do so hope to have good use of both hands by then. I'm being a good boy and doing everything the doctor says. I'll go regardless, but it would be easier with both hands.
