I got Gracie out for a walk around the neighborhood...I was not really ready to go, but she was...now she will be satisfied inside for the day.

I already got some things put back in a closet...we do not have a lot more to do...PTL!

We may eat dinner out this evening, otherwise I am home for the day...yippee!!!!!

Severe storms/flash flood warnings will keep us in tonight, so hubby will make his own pizza

Wow! We seldom see clouds around here...you seem to have weather extremes lately...but I enjoy, in my mind, your wet and cold weather with you.

Homemade pizza....sounds yummy.

I used brushes to make this face...but still...a lot of my own work went into this LO...the "body" is mine...LOL. Mixed with assorted freebies.

on our journey home .... You will remember how I reported was our day out
Practically raining all-day [?]

and, as we approach home_ we learn, that it has been sunny and bright all day

Wet and cold it has NOT been all summer; we have had the weather extremes for sure (heat and drought).
We may get beneficial rain the next few days; that will relieve my fear of fires somewhat.
We are surrounded by MILES of forests, and usually kids have campfires and drink off a trail in the woods out back of us (or people drop their lit cig. butts out the car window).
Hopefully the bugs are keeping the kids away

Hubby makes his own dough with the bread machine...and it IS yummy
BUT I MUST get back to my diet
While my weight is down a bit, I am not sleeping soundly because my sugar levels are off kilter at night (too much bread and fruit ).

We just got back from a walk.
It was pleasant with a breeze off the lake and cloud cover, but I am dripping now it is so HUMID!

All my chores are done so I can 'play online' for a while

I sat down and fell asleep...I have been sleeping a lot since the painters left...sort of get frustrated with myself, but I just fall asleep. Used to be I could not sleep...this is the opposite.

O well...on to more dusting.

Gail, your hubby is a handy man to have around...I don't eat pizza...I love it, but that would stir up coolon troubles...which I allready did to myself. Just because my test was good, does not mean I can eat everything...I must get back to my particular diet for sure...ugh!!!!

Me too...the wheat and dairy can get my asthma/migraines going.
This is our last cheat before cracking down again
