I USED to be thin and could eat what I wanted; those days are long gone

I have had a sensitive tummy for years....seems normal now. I would really like to have a snack now, but I won't...it is better for me not to eat much or at all late at night.

I JUST had a snack and you are 3 hours behind me

O well....I ended up eating something about 11:30pm....you will be surprised at what I ate...some raw canned pumpkin mixed with protein power and blueberries....minimal carbs; sort of low cal.

I cannot get to sleep when it is hot at night....food helps to make me sleepy.

I will have my carbs this morning.

My day started, with me attending my appointment 'a whole hour early'
But no matter, the receptionist phoned through to the nurse
who, then saw me within a very few minutes

After the Haemo-extraction, she made me an appointment with my new doctor
for, Wednesday morning at 10.30 am
This, so she can discuss with me the new-meds
those, that the hospital wish for me to be prescribed

I haven't yet heard from the hospital... re: an appointment for the cardiac muscle examination
But, I am sure I will receive it in the post, sometime this week

While I was out at the precinct [Mall] with Mary, David's parents came by
with our 'piece of his cake'
I will show a pic [HERE] very shortly

Thanks Dave; we slept well...it was cool for a change

Praying for good test results and med adjustments, and for your cardiac test to be scheduled soon

I see we are all doing well...we continue to have sun with cool mornings and nights...PTL!!!!

Gracie and I made it to the park and we spoke with 2 other dogs and their people...all 3 dogs are small...Gracie did a lot of squirley running but her leg held up fine. I am sort of ready for a rest time, so is she.

I went to a new church yesterday...in my own town, I may visit there a few Sundays, it is not what I really want but may be a place to go for a while.

Gracie doesn't know any dogs... one this morning was very gentle and playful...one was too agressive for Gracie...I picked her up. But she learned something about being a dog I think....

I let Gracie run a bit, but I worry about her wrenching her leg again...she has been doing very well, but every now and then she holds it up and hops around.
