Saddam hasn't honored any of the timetables given to him in the past 12 years, why would he all of a sudden change his mind? And as far as the inspectors belief that weapons are being destroyed, perhaps some are, but I have a hard time believing that a man that has a constant history of dishonesty is suddenly divulging everything.
Just interesting that France is suddenly shifting a bit, maybe they are uncomfortable with the world picturing them as allies with Iraq...
