I don’t believe we are talking about the same thing since it’s a Pauline interpretation that we are adopted. I was correcting the misconception in that post. That’s a direct quote from 1 John 4:7 NIV translation.

I do not mean to argue with you on this, and I think we are saying the same thing, however, lost people love as well as does saved people. Love is really not the answer IMO.

Only those who believe upon the Lord Jesus Christ are born again and they make up the Church.

Actually, as most of us know, many non-Christians are much nicer and kinder than many Christians. The issue is not being loving, or nice, or kind, but in being in a right relationship with God, which only comes through faith in Jesus Christ.

It’s more like acting consistently from the point of love, vs consistently acting from the point of sinfulness. The fruit of the true nature.
