  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Oh wow snarfy! Good for you for doing your research! When I was a teenager I always took those flintstones and my stepmom told me there wasn't enough folic acid and iron and calcium so she made me switch and I never questioned it..... ;)

I liked the generic prenatal, but they'll usually give you a lot of dif samples of brand name you could try. Look up chewable online maybe.

yeah. ONE flintstone is not enough. they suggest one for people 4 years and olde.r and I take two..and I feel fine. :)

They are so yummy. haha. But I migth try to find a prenatal chewable! I am such a kid still haha. Childrens tylonel seems to have the right amount of pain killer to make the pain go away, and I only tkae THAT if i am in excruciating pain.. I am so anti-medicine (for myself only! I dont give a hoot what everyone else takes or doesnt take), I don't even know where it came from. I used to be able to take regular tylonel and everything, and then one day I woke up and I was like IT IS TOO MUCH and swtiched to childrens brands since it had smaller doses.

Is anyone else like this? Or am I a crazy?

I usually j sut try to eat right to get all my needed nutrients.

You can probably check to see if they have any grown-up style chewable vitamins... you know... the kind for adults.

Maybe instead of Flintstone vitamins they'll have Young and the Restless vitamins. With little chewable Victor Newmans.
