Since the second sentence has no subject, it would be natural to interpret the implied subject as "you" which would be the person to whom you are speaking.

Bad business move they aren't politicians they do have the best chicken sandwiches but who cares about their politics. Pointless statement that is empty bad pr because it didn't need to be said. Just dumb people feeling important buuuuuuuut I do agree with them just why did they say it.
