  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Was "Cheddar man" really 9000 years old?  God Formed Adam about 6000 years ago, then Cheddar man could not be any more than 6000 years old. So the est. of age would be off by at least 3000 years. If as they say, there is a DNA connection between Ceddar man and someone who is actually alive today.

I have no idea if it's really 9000 years old.

They say "Lucy" is 3.4 million years old. The copy of Lucy that you see in musums is actually a composite made up of copies of bones from different skeltons. The origional was returned to Euthopia.

Last I was at the American Museum of Natural History, Lucy was there.  Not a copy, but the original skeleton.  And not a composite from several different skeletons.  Now, what you would see if the "copies" were there, would be casts of the original bones.

In fact, that is exactly what the website you posted said: "A cast of the originally discovered skeletal materials and reconstruction of what Lucy's full skeleton might have looked, are on exhibit."

Not "different skeletons".  Now, why did you bear false witness, John?  Especially when it was so easily checked.  Did you want to get caught?

Now, we aren't supposed to believe Satan because he lies.  How are you any different?
