CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I never cheat for myself if I don't know the stuff but if its homework then I just ask someone if I can see theres. And if someone needs help on a test or a quiz I would more than likely help them out.

Well for my 2 cents.... if you have to cheat on the simple things you will cheat on every thing....your girlfriend or wife or boyfriend or husband...your boss... your kids...your country....

IMO, its not necessarily morally wrong to cheat unless you end up hurting someone else in the process (cheating on a bet, for example).
I never cheat on accademic stuff, I have a thing about proving to myself I can do things.

Cheating and/or plagiarism in the colleges I went to will get you expelled. Period. Do not pass go, do not collect $200, do not get paid back the tuition money you owe or get excused from your student loans. You cheat, you're caught, you're out.
In the field I'm in, it's a bit tricky to cheat, but people have plagiarized each others' work sometimes, and it always backfires eventually. The graphic design community here is small. If you cheated in college on your computer skills tests, for instance, and you graduated without knowing CS, you will not be able to find a job. If you lie on your resume, you will be found out. If you turn in a portfolio with someone else's work in it listed as your own, it will eventually be recognized. Once that happens, you will simply not be able to find a job in this area. Word gets around. End of story. End of your career.
