History: Charles was born and raised in a small village near a mountain. His father was a policeman, and his mother was in charge of a Pokemon day-care. One day, when Charles was 19, his parents were killed, and the criminal responsible got away with the crime. Although Charles believes he may never put the villain behind bars, he became a police detective so he might stop it from happening to anyone else. Recently, Charles was informed by his neighbors and good friends, the Whimsicals, that their daughter had mysteriously gone missing. Now Charles is looking for clues for what might have happened to their daughter.
