A work-hard play-hard couple I knew were never desperate when it came to ensuring the innocence of their daughter. Throughout her high school years she was chaperoned. The school system she was reared in was wealthy. To show parental methods in this burb, another friend of mine, a professional nurse, often stated she had her daughter's friends empty their pockets out before she would let them in. (Often they were given money and told to go.)

A healthy generation can lead the following generation in preventative matters. No one is dependent on the state for sex-ed. A healthy generation of youths may model self control, personal expectations and community awareness. With bad programming (Commercial Sexation) broadcasting in the other burbs, CCs set the pace for healthy youths. Dumping the sterile public works education system, or at least competing with it, qualified reps can lead and teach about all science, art and math concepts in a hands on matter that reaches the interest levels of all students. Real participation. Real motivation. Real respect for learning. Youths want to know it takes a thousand years for top soil to grow an inch. Some of my friends, those who have experienced sex was sex, state, "I want to know about trees".

CCs can foster a a group, community and region by providing resources to youths that implement their interest, thereby allowing them to develop by their own morals. Working projects such as The Baby Plan and Advanced A & P will provide youths with both a background of their legacy and a running tab on their future dreams. Blogs and blogs of superior stories, those from family hardships with sorrow and promise, from all walks of life also contribute to the set up for youths who grow independently without being told.

I'm not sure if Blayz intended his post to make this point (though I suspect he did), but it illustrates that no human-based organization is perfect or free of corruption because no human-based organization is free of humans. And if there are humans involved, some of them will be corrupt.

Almost all organizations, even the vilest, most evil ones, were founded with good intentions.

If you read this post, I blink slow, so try to make it thru my hap-hazard communication style. I am sure someone somewhere has said something to the same effect more eloquently.

Communities that belong to youth are customized by community investors who value their ability to reinvest in the same or similar community in due time. Ship-shape from self-starters, who easily evaluate when to further invest technological tools and more self-starting originators to off set demand, Arts communities are full of community chaperones who retort back at those who conform. Community chaperones are not for hire.

The way I see it, future sociologists and anthropologists will have something to compare and contrast their present time to when examining communities centered around youths in the Arts.

Several years ago those against illegal wars spoke up online about how trillions spent in the DoD was extreme, excessive, whereas millions spent in community programs would have set up Americans favorably. Some favorable conditions are those that allow for flexibility in terms of time management sought for by those unlikely to conform.

Chaperone Concept For Nonconformists

Specialists teach teachers. Teachers teach community chaperones. All invest in a community designed to ensure youths' innocence is not taken for granted. Community workshops available before and after school supervised by outgoing and shy individuals function as learning environments for those amped to bypass tools of ignorance and discover a specific tool subject or more. In my city, there are for-profit dance studios and there are dance studios that offer scholarships for those who would not be able to participate in the art of dance otherwise. From reading about water conservation in other nations, I have learned some Africans are more conservative then Americans in that they respect their lessons on water resourcefulness. This indicates the importance of dynamic teachers! The art of teaching will grow as a self-correcting community grows. Scholarships (which are free passes) should work for all Arts: ceramic and pottery, gaming, horseback riding and maintaining, hands on science, math in practice, eco-standards, water resource management, and you want it, you build it worships, all of which hardly cover the many specialties youths are interested in (if ever given a chance to hear of them).

Break the system of poor functionality, community chaperones speak up locally and demand funding for exemplary teacher/student ratios. (1: 4 and four or more teachers/community chaperones on the side) In regions and communities where public/charter school systems are colourless and rigid, demand it plans are addressed. Demand it plans offer specialized instruction from various (start it up) Arts' programs. Add the revolving door, and, after passing a background check, community members are able to sit it on teach-ins and observe/learn or offer personal experience examples.

When youths work hard and play hard, the next thing they are ready for is sleep. With all of the one-on-one hands on training combined with group think projects, those after school dances and chaperoned meet-ups will not make youths the objects of ridicule by outsiders because they approve how their minds are sharpened in progression with their personal projects.


Of major importance to this converser is the fact that youths' innocence is theirs. We respect it. Give youths a community where they are able to exercise all of their potential in learning environments, gearing them up to be preventive prone. Some youths can do with out the kiss a vampire bestseller, vogue magazine, addictingames dot com (which hosts some games of sadist acts to unsupervised youths) and adults who push adult stuff on them. Many youths can bypass community pressure to conform by being informed about tumescence and how what goes along with it should be on the back burner so that other learning opportunities are fully taken advantage of first. Courtship should be an art and not so much an experimental practice.

Sex-ed should be availabe to all, at a certain age. However, more resources and creative grouping should be implemented across the board consistently. Sex-ed should not be regulated. Those from the community should also lecture in the teach-ins to prove accountability, thereby excluding state dependency.

I've been wary of this kind of argument for some time, it pops up in politics a lot - two prime examples are the excuses made for rejecting socialised healthcare in the US (just let voluntary contributions cover the slack) and the exact same argument was made against a bill ensuring the 9/11 first responders got health coverage nine years on(!). There's no good saying "well, we should just let these things happen naturally and not get the state involved" when usually the state has to get involved because these things generally weren't happen naturally in the first place.

I'm not against grassroots stuff being able to sprout up where they may, but you can't guarantee consistent, reliable service on a larger scale with only that at your disposal.

A city and community that challenges its members and elected officals to revamp and invest in Arts derived educational programs will not fail. Shortcomings and set backs, sure. Overall failure, no. Creative plotters can customize an Arts program unique to a few students. (4 per class/1-4 projects per student) The bigger the individual or group think program becomes the more communities that become involved.

I am aware a grassroots project like this is not on your priority list. I am also aware that many are taught by radio favs, organizers, etc to look out for one's self and one's family and not be concerned with anyone else. I can do that for a lifetime and then know I stood defeated because I did what I was told.

When I value someone else for their social contributions I realize one thing a lot of us have in common is that accessible creative outlets are rare. Create-It Courtship, hey that's a program. The art of courtship should be original. Creative oultets broaden youths overall outlook on all things possible.

Providing an environment for youths to focus on their strengths, contributions and be a part of a group that supports one anothers achievements is an investment. Ensuring enough time is given to youths to explore their own interests and development is respectful of youths' innocence. Parenthood overall is purposeful in raising youths to consider all their potential and possibilities from the very core of their innocence.

It is not your priority. Teaching youths that they may hold off on implementing a sexual relations routine in their lives is the goal of many nations' parents.

One function of a self-correcting system is to be put to use. Youths exercise the system along with committed community members. Any sign of corruption would be disfavored by youths who have experienced first hand the rewards of superior parenting and overall community interest. A continuous feed into a self-correcting system ensures that none are disentitled. Youths that begin the practice of sexual relations with other youths are given the same educational priorites, with other youths' pointing out to them their neglect. Supervision ensures a self-correcting system does not corrupt.

There is nothing denigrating about parenting programs that maintain youths' first 18-years of life are free from commercial sexation? Innocence that is scoffed at is denigrating.
