Changing email address

I changed my email address in order to get rid of spam.

Now I would like to change my profile email address.

Will someone PM me the exact detailed instructions for doing this. So far I have not received enough information to do this. Thanks

I just did this today myself - so I'm an expert!

At the bar at the top of the CF screen, click on User CP (for User Control Panel). Then click on Profile. At the top of the Profile screen is a place to change your email and password. It says in red, click here. Click there and the address change is on the right hand side.
