My husband will be home soon and I made him cream cheese lemon squares (sorta like mini cheesecakes), and they are cooling in the fridge: He loves to nibble on stuff like this, and is just so darned appreciative (25-years-together; 20 married, this past August was our Anniversary), and I can't wait to see his big dimples when he leans in the fridge and undoes the cover and knows I made him something from scratch to last till next pay day: If he only eats one or two a day.

I'm thankful I got back on here: I couldn't log in.

I have Windows 8, bane of my existence second to... OK, not 'that' bad, but good lord, I dislike Windows 8: I have two desk tops, and after not being able to log in, after several attempts (and thinking, wouldn't someone warn me if I did something wrong enough to warrant getting 'the boot'?), I switched to the other desktop, and here I am.

I don't understand Windows 8, almost AT all, because yesterday I was on here 'from the second desktop, the same one where I couldn't log on, earlier, so duh on them, duh to me, too, I'm sure, and woo-hoo, I'm in.

I'm thankful for two Forum members (I'm thankful for a whole lot of others but I want to 'out' these two in a good way) for being to me, for me, such wonderful examples of 'grace-filled' Believers.

I've been in worse pain than usual the past two days--counting today, which is a humdinger, and these two women have made the pain, at various points, so much easier to acknowledge, ease a bit up out of, and get through feeling encouraged, cared for, 'in the company' of fellow members of Christ's Body.

Thank you, Twinkie and Sunlover1, and also, thank you to so many other women and men on this Forum who have been patient with my memory problems, complimentary about what you see as my strengths, and just over all loving in ways that are obvious, and not so obvious, to others: God does see into our hearts, and your hearts, oh, so many of you!, your hearts are filled to overflowing with the fruits of the Spirit.
