Sure, I've been wrong about science before.

When I was a kid, I thought the Steady State Theory was the most likely explanation for the universe. Then I learned more about thermodynamics, and it started sounding fishy. Then I found out about the Big Bang Theory. BBT makes much more sense to me, and I can no longer take SST seriously.

I thought that the expansion of the universe was slowing down. That's what scientists were saying! But now it looks like the expansion is speeding up.

I should have considered Ceres to be a planet back when Pluto was considered a planet.

Humans are the only animals that are self-aware, right? Wrong! Dolphins are self-aware. So are chimps. Even some birds are self-aware. And some others.

Etc.

I did not realize there was, that much deception in science as it is (concerning God's creation). I thought it was only around evolution but i see now it is much more complex and wider than just evolution.

The earth isn't flat or stationary.

Have you ever been wrong about science before?
I don't understand the question. Does it mean one of the following?
  • Have I ever misunderstood a scientific concept?
  • Have I ever thought science said one thing when it actually said another?
  • Have I ever held a view that was contrary to the scientific one?
  • Have I ever incorrectly the ability of science to provide a specific answer?
  • Some other reason.

Personally, I took as 1 and 2.

Good luck getting an answer.

Yes. I had a hard time believing in relativity in my physics class. It was only when I studied it more and learned satellites accounted for relativity did I accept it. The fault was with me and not our collective knowledge of relativity.

I voted no, because I've never tried to be right about science.

I realise that means I have a greater degree of ignorance, in principle, but fortunately I have the wisdom to expect less from science, than would have me treat it as a substitute for God.

I think if you can refrain from conjecture that has no ring of truth about it, it's actually pretty easy to remain lightly focussed on the truth.

Just remember, God wouldn't have created science, if all it was, was for the purpose of discovery (and not its implementation).

There's another way to go wrong with science too: by using it to produce products that God disapproves of.

Such as tobacco, LSD, alcohol, and the like.

Ever heard of the Bible?
Yes, its a collection of tales, myth and the like written by humans.

We know how the bible was made.

And LSD is not mentioned in the bible.

Also, alcohol seem just fine in the bible. In fact, one of the tales is how Jesus turns water into alcoholic beverage.
