CF Upgrade Completed after 5 days of downtime!

I posted a few times and everything seems to be ok... I even used the attachment feature without any problems.

I only have problems when I use Firefox...

Ditto on Firefox. Gotta have my tabbed browsing!!

When I click on "go to most recent' or "go to last" post from subscribed threads in my user CP, I get the following message:





ETA: Now I'm getting a message that says:

K...it's back to just going to the first page of the thread again.


Also...different bug: When replying to a thread, hitting "tab" then "enter" does not do anything. You have to *gasp!* manually click on the "Submit Reply" button.

I like the format and skin, but I agree, is there any way to make the text a bit more "user" frendly?

I too have a 17" monitor, it seems very "condensed". I have not tried it with the laptop yet, it but it is 15". I did try to "increase" the font size, it does not seem to be adjustable on my end, as if it is locked?

Thanks for all your hard work, Erwin. You obviously put a lot of time into the upgrade, and we all appreciate it.

Comments:

1) Agree on text size and general "scrunchiness" of the site. It's really bad on a small-sized laptop.

2) Also agree on the black borders. It was better when the posts stretched to the entire screen.

3) From the UserCP, clicking on the arrow to go to "first unread post", or clicking on any page numbers, or clicking on the thread listed in each subscribed forum, the follow error occurs:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function numberofpages() in /home/cf/public_html/showthread.php on line 345

(with line number differences only)

I tried the hard-refresh (on Firefox) of control-F5 and it did not resolve.

4) I won't use IE so I'm dealing with the Firefox issues, but... it's not very compatible, it seems. Quoting errors out or returns you to the first page, icon tooltips on mouse-hover work intermittently, control-b (or i, or u) in the Quick Reply box puts the code in, but scrolls to the top of the post window.

I'm sure you'll be very busy with the bug fixes. Thanks again for your efforts.

Also, my CF character's feet are stepping all over the first line of my posts (as viewed in Firefox, at least).

Mouse-hovers over the avatar do not display the custom message.

At least your character is showing up.

Mine keeps disappearing. I think it's because they are such shy creatures anyway...and all this sudden activity has them a bit spooked. I bet if we just give it time, they'll be back to their old selves in no time at all.

If you refresh the page it default errors into anto a fatal error after you have posted

Sometimes accessing the posts by hitting the last post feature will not allow you to access the thread and tells you to contact webmaster, which means that you have to hit the back button then go to the forum again and then hit the title of the thread and nav from there to the end of the thread

From the User CP if you hit to go to last post it takes you to the first post of the thread
