CF Story Time

[Saucy]

Part One


There he stood, overlooking the lake from on top of the hill.

It was a warm and windy August evening. The sun was setting below the horizon, but it was still plenty bright enough to see them all. Mojoboy was sprinting off the dock and rolling into a cannonball as he hit the water. SarahsKnight sat with his back against a tree, dressed gallantly. Mikha’el was blaring dubstep and doing the moonwalk. Somber had climbed the tree SarahsKnight was leaning against, begging anyone to dare her to jump from the highest branch into the lake.

“Somber, not this again! Come down!” Sampa screamed. Everyone turned to see her and ChocolateVanillaLion approaching.

“Just one time. I won’t hurt myself...again,” Somber said.

“No! It’s time to go back in. Do you not see him watching?”

SarahsKnight stood, his hand on the handle of his sword as he peered towards the horizon where Sampa was pointing.

DragonFox came up from under the water. “Hey, what’s everyone looking at?”

Behind the man, storm clouds began to form. Lightning cracked the sky and thunder rolled down the valley like bombs being dropped in a distant war.

As Somber made her way back down the tree, she scooped up Mikha’el’s radio and tossed it into the lake.

“What –!”

“Dubstep? Really? We have bigger fish to fry. He’s back.”

An approaching howl from behind the group captured their attention. Rene Loup appeared out of the woods, his fur standing at attention.

“We need to leave now. I have the perfect spot where he can’t find us,” Rene said.

Finally, as the man came down the hill, the storm grew more violent by the second. The group followed Rene into the woods, dodging debris as they ran as fast as they could. They came upon SunshineforJesus picking flowers from her garden.

"You have to run!" Mojoboy shouted.
"Why? This is my garden," Sunshine replied.
"Because he's back! You have to run!"
"Who is back?"

"It's Saucy. He's come back to CF."

Oh goodness!!! xD This is great! I would totally be climbing a tree any chance I got. I am disappointed I didn't jump in the lake though, but this is hilarious!!! ! hahaha!!!! Now I'm wondering why everyone would be running from you...

Part 2

Deep in the woods, the group came to a clearing. DragonFox stops to catch his breath, hands on his knees and sucking in air. "Where...are...we...going?"

Rene circles him as the group watches on.

"Yeah, Rene, where are you taking us?" ChocolateVanillaLion repeated.

Mikha'el, unable to be still, starts doing the macarena while rapping Notorious BIG. "I love it when you call me Big Poppa"

Somber looks at him, her eyes squinted. "What is wrong with you?"

Another crack of lightning shook the group awake. SarahsKnight drew his sword and pointed it at Rene. "You're going to tell us where we're going right now, Wolfie!" Rene yelps and hides behind Sampa.

"It...it's over that way, dear knight!" he says, pointing his paw south of where they were standing. The group all looked unanimously and saw what appeared to be a large grave marker down on its face.

"Let's go!" says Mojoboy, taking off in a sprint. The group shrugged and followed him. None of them knew what they would encounter. All they knew was the man they knew as Saucy was coming in fast. Trees were shaking, branches were falling. The thunder was almost deafening.

As the group approached the grave, they noticed a woman was bent over it in admiration. She looked up and they saw it was Shineyourlight.

"It's rude to wake the dead," she said, her eyes falling on each of them.

"It's the only way to stop him," Rene said.

"Are you sure it's the only way? The repercussions of this could alter the world as we know it," Shineyourlight warned.

"Yes, she is our only hope," said Rene.

"Okay, fine. You have to lift the stone and say her name."

Mojoboy, Somber, and SarahsKnight all reached down to lift the 500 pound stone so it was facing the storm. They all put their hands on it, tracing the letters.

It read:
HERE LIES MISS SPAULDING
WAKE ME AT YOUR OWN RISK

Shineyourlight held her hand out directly over the grave as everyone watched. They didn't know what to expect, fear creeping into their eyes.

"Miss Spaulding, rise!" she shouted. Smoke began to rise from the grave at first, then the ground began to shake. It opened up like a zipper, scattering the group in every direction. Out of it came the massive face of a cat, chiseled out of stone.

After a few moments of quiet, the stone cat spoke.

"Miss Spaulding? Is that you?" Sampa asks.

"Yes. This is my eternal form. What do you want?"

"Saucy has come back to CF. Only you can stop him!"

"Why would I stop him? He is the greatest CFer to have ever CF'd."

"Oh, right," everyone said, agreeing.

Everyone then lived in harmony, except for Somber, who was later eaten by the giant cat face.
