I see that the upgrade have not start yet. It is 9:05 pm EST.
Here is what I think will happen: The first thing Erwin will have to do when he put the site offline for 12 hours, is to back up the database and the site (forum) three times under 3 different files name. Even this post, which I am doing right now. This will take several of hours. Then he will have to upgrade the board. Or just install a new one and upload the database. This will take several of hours. The rest of hours go toward testing for error and getting the forum to work. This might take more than 15 hours.
This is what I think....no one told me. This my best guess.
