Midnight sunday would be Saturday night/Sunday morning. But its GMT (Greenwich mean time), so pretty much the time in londen. Since I live in the eastern time zone, it CF will go down at 7pm, Sat. Night. 6pm Central, 5pm mountain, and 4pm pacific. I think I got all that right.

It is completely understandable that Erwin should have the time that he needs to work on what it is that he needs to work on, not smooching up, just a fact of weblife. My question is can someone tell me what times we would be down in Orlando, Florida, USA? Just wondering. Thank you

It is anticipated that about midnight Sunday night GMT CF will go offline to upgrade its base forum software.

As our database is massive, this upgrade may take a while - I anticipate at least a 12 hour downtime - I'm not sure though.

Once the forum software is upgraded, ALL our special features (Armor, Character, Arcade etc) will be OFFLINE. I will need to recode all the CF special features for this new major version of the CF software. This recoding will take the better part of next week, and may even take longer.

This upgrade has been in the works for a while, but I wanted the new version of the software to be more stable first.

Thanks for all your patience. With this upgrade should come a better CF interface. CF will also have a new look as well.

I too would like to know whether there will be any risk to our armor or account information (number of posts, reps, blessings, etc.) Fortunately for me personally the blessings and job counters won't be a problem since both of mine are due to run down about this time tomorrow, and thus I would only lose about 14 hours at most, but other posters might not be so lucky.
