could the colour be a bit bluer? Grey can be a bit drab.

Thats its, No More but we had a go and it was fun, this is the final result.

As for using the cf Icons, I had a go using the flags as this was the result

so there you go.

Seeing as from where you started at your first post, from your description to the resulting image, you are extremely impressive in your potential!

You show natural talent and improvements in leaps and bounds. Finding the graphics program that you can use better and pursuing your visions to share with others is almost as though we were discovering a new artist.

Most of all, your ideas about what is appropriate and expressing the vision of what Christian Forums is all about shows a very important part of your talent. You found a way to show the WHOLE WORLD.

You took the suggestion of giving it a less busy look, and greatly improved the design. You are quick to learn.

I think that witnessing your amazing aptitude suddenly appear is the main wonder of this thread.

Several other designs are top artistic choices as well.

SuzyBreezy and StarJewel present very touching and exciting entries.

Friar Erasmus has the most astounding entry...there is no ambiguity about the kind of enduring foundation of Christian life, the very source.

His is also about the duty and the mission and the solid permanence that Christians need to remember. What we need to be to endure in the world today.

Realities are not fuzzy, tough problems are not fuzzy, and evil is not fuzzy. But the Christian responses and solutions are not fuzzy, nor merely misty goodness of the nicest kinds only.

This forum reflects the kind of sharp challenges which Christians are expected to face here. And the nails from the crucifixion reflects back the response to the whole world.

So let that be known immediately to all those who come to Christian Forums.

I would love to see FriarErasmus' awesome nail cross and text superimposed on Suzybeezy's beautiful globe background (without its current text). I think these two would look beautiful together. It's possible the coloring of the wording might have to be changed a bit to make it work, but I really think they would make a beautiful combined piece.
