The mods have deleted over 15 of my posts and threads in the last couple of days and nailed me with another infraction.

Censorship is alive and well in this forum, the Prog subforum included.

I think I have just about had it with this place.

I hear you Night. Honestly, with all the trads and progs intermixed it's impossible to debate real issues without offending someone. What I've done is just started communicating privately through e-mail with people, instead of throwing my ideas out here in threads only to be derailed by those who see differently.

not surprising..... never thought I would admit it but you were correct when you suggested that those who believe themselves "traditional" would do whatever it took to rid the forum of the progressive sub-forum.... as for the objectivity of the newly elected mods.... well it seems politicians often do what they have done... i.e. say whatever the people want to hear to get elected, then do what they want once elected..... such is life....

STORMY0NE--not surprising..... never thought I would admit it but you were correct when you suggested that those who believe themselves "traditional" would do whatever it took to rid the forum of the progressive sub-forum.... as for the objectivity of the newly elected mods.... well it seems politicians often do what they have done... i.e. say whatever the people want to hear to get elected, then do what they want once elected..... such is life....

it was not a war that we started, nor is it a war that we perpetuate.... your posts are deleted Honor because IMO you can be very rude, condescending, and inevitability use the "are you a true adventist" thing when people don't agree with your view of things....

Night, its not the censorship but the words of hurt and evil that have gone out of control. You know I've tried what little bit I could to keep back the wave of personal attacks, spite reports and revenge reports, but unless there is much more love and self restraint shown, and some change the direction they are heading, there is not much to stop some people from the train wreck they are heading to...

Look at Stormy and me, we talk hard, discuss with directness, we debate fearlessly, yet at the end of the day we are brothers in Christ who still love each other...

It has to be said and done in love for your brother/sister or the words mean nothing.........

There has always been resistance to the pure unadulterated Gospel of Jesus Christ (not sectarian loose versions of it) being discussed, taught, preached, etc. Stick to the TRUE Gospel. You'll still get reported here, but that's OK.

My last RV was for urging posts on the main forum to 'confirm Jesus Christ'! Not hard to see the backwards agenda there...

I was not the one who reported you. I cannot control what other Progs may do either. I wish the reporting on BOTH sides could stop, but it doesn't seem that is likely. I, myself, have decided that holding back is accomplishing nothing but getting me railroaded in the report section, so that approach is obviously not working.

They were not 'rants' against the mods. They were legitimate concerns about how some of my reports were being handled, and the only reason I posted them here was because we are locked out from commenting in the reports section and I didn't know where else I was able to speak in my defense. I even posted links as reference sources for each of my claims so people could judge for themselves. Nowhere did I accuse certain mods of bias. However, if one is left with that impression from the evidence I posted, so be it.

Of course, all that came of that was one of your Trad cohorts reporting me for 'questioning a mod' and my whole thread being deleted!

As for Stormy, I assume he has evidence for his claims. Or ir could just be a hunch he has.

You made your claim as fact and provided no evidence. That's where the problem was. Had you merely said 'this is what I think is happening' I would have had no issues.

My issue was not with the fact that you implied Sophia was biased. I already told you this. My concern was with the fact that no evidence was presented.

I posted links to several reports from a Trad mod that clearly show he was going out of his way to bring the focus of my reports back to me. Of course, that has now been censored, so we cannot even reference it.

That's the difference. I provide specific posts that back up my suspicions.

As for whoever reported you, I guess they had thier reasons.

So please-STOP insinuating that I was talking about Sophia. When and if I choose to reveal the person I was referring to—I WILL do it. And I will give my proof.

I understand your reasons for being frustrated, but what is your goal here? If you always do what you always did, you'll always get what you always got. I didn't make that up - the newly elected mayor of Birmingham said it - don't know where he got it from, but it kinda makes sense. Think about it.

True. I still read most everything on these forums. And I take into account everyone's opinions, but more often than not it isn't worth getting into a stupid argument over. I'm here to grow not argue. But don't think I'm cloistered away in my own little bubble. I am well aware of all that goes on...I've simply distanced myself from the actual conflict. I question all of my beliefs, and some of them have changed as a result.

But for me personally, it is difficult to really grow when skepticism, cynicism, and criticism reign supreme over brotherly love. Sometimes I feel like people here are more interested in undermining others' beliefs and sowing seeds of doubt and skepticism rather than searching for answers. Anyone can point out the problems...but who actually searches for the answers?

Okay, that's my rant. A lot of you already know how I feel about this though, so I won't go on. This is only my opinion after all.

There is no other female mod who I know of that could be labeled our 'godmother'. I am not even remotely familiar with any of the other ones, let alone have some inside deal to have them work in our favor.
