Celtic Saints

I know a man who was so happy when he discovered St. David of Wales. His name is David and he is of Welsh descent (last name is Hicks), so his patron saint is St. David of Wales.

I will be writing St. David of Wales icon again when I paint the walls of my church. St. Brendan the Navigator, St. Brigitte of Kildare and St. Patrick will be there as well as St. Alban enligthener of England.

LD, unfortunately most of the Celtic saints will be at the back of the Church and we are starting with icons at the front of the Church. Atleast that is how the progression is planned for now. Thus it will be a long while before I am able to post photos of their icons.
