Celibacy

Celibacy is not a gift from God. It is a matter of restraint. Anyone can restrain themselves if they choose to do so.

Matthew 19:10
The disciples *said to Him, “If the relationship of the man with his wife is like this, it is better not to marry.” 11 But He said to them, “Not all men can accept this statement, but only those to whom it has been given.

1 Corinthians 7:7
Yet I wish that all men were even as I myself am. However, each man has his own gift from God, one in this manner, and another in that.​

Certainly sounds like a gift to me.

God has lead me to live according to what the Bible says and not the traditions of me like the Pharisees did. I can find no scripture that says masturbation is a sin. Since God created humans with a pretty strong sexual drive and Paul said all things are pure to those who are pure I by faith (what ever is not of faith is a sin) glorify God with masturbation and the pleasure He created us to have. But I understand that those who can't touch in faith see it as a sin.
