CDC apparently tracked millions of phones without warrants

Could have happened then, outrageous. We need to start over from scratch with a lot of these federal agencies. The problem has been that when individuals are caught breaking the law or the trust of the American people typically nothing happens to them. Now they are getting caught up in wokeness as well. The worst that happened to anyone I ever complained about was a response from the Inspector General that the individual would be talked to. I've personally dealt with a number of federal employees who provided false information under oath.

Why is using legally obtained data to study the pandemic in any way outrageous? This is something they ought to be doing for public health and safety.
