I don't know how deep fried twinkies would be, but deep fried mozz sticks would be a-okay right about now.
But a serious note about food, we should include a good dose of healthy things and with others things have them in moderation.
My problem is I go on a diet for a couple of months once a year, lose 25 pounds, then the rest of the year slowly gain those same 25 pounds back. It is a constant cycle every year. Glad it is only 25 pounds though!!!
During that "diet" phase I exercise and when I don't diet, I don't exercise.
I think if I kept up with some exercise year round and just be more moderate with the eating, I wouldn't have to do this every year.
That is my goal, and with the help of God, I will do it.
