I would like this thread reopened so that i can present evidence for the reported poster and get a new concensus and decision please, especially in light of newly uncovered behind the scenes power plays... Lets me fair to CC posters

The only other way i see of doing this is in an appeal, which i will do if we cant do it this way, i am thinking this is the most peaceful and workable avenue as brothers and sisters .

You'll have to check and see whether you can appeal on behalf of someone else. I'm not sure that is allowed. Unless they're ebanned they can still PM.

GM it has nothing to do with brotherly, it has more to do with the quesiton, cant it just be opened back up? There is no rule stating that it cant be opened and reconsidered that i am aware of, as a matter of fact i believe it is stated that we can do so is it not? If we can why wouldnt we if there is evidence that will help the CC member?

I'd PM meh or Letalis. I'm not sure how the RT handles these things. Outside of the concilators in the past this was not allowed.

I don't know what this is about as I didn't read the link but I'm guessing if 1) the person is not banned and 2) hasn't complained about the decision that appealing to prove a point will not be allowed.

Other than that...just PM one of the folks. You know all that I do, know...

It doesnt matter that the decision went in my favor, by closing it with a decision unannounced... imo it shoulod have been announced publicly.

You're quite right, of course. Damn us for trying to be kind to someone who was hurting after being banned.

Next time, we'll still rule against them, ya know, just to rub salt in the wound good and proper so it really stings. And then, for extra funsies, we'll be lambasted by the cohorts for being cruel and unusual. Huzzah.

Reporters sometimes withdraw the report, which they are entitled to do. Your saying you wanted nothing done was the same thing. So, it was withdrawn. It was closed because you and Rick kept banging away at each other after being repeatedly asked not to.

Frankly, your dragging up 2 of his old reports proves you're trying to run him out of CC.

As to wiki, there's no such thing anymore. Pm Jim if you want them re-opened. I'm not doing it.

Evidence?? This isn't a murder enquiry. The posts are judged on their own merit. Debate and surplus information is irrelevant to a report. They are judged according to what is written.

But, by all means, post your evidence here. (Between you and me, I think the butler did it )

OK you two... GM I don't see anything in Time's posts and questions to warrant some of the snide comments in one of your posts here and I would suggest that BOTH of you take a step back and provide your opinions and thoughts WITHOUT the sarcasm -- it's not useful, not needed, and definitely not helpful.

GM, I think you are taking this personally when it doesn't need to be taken personally and I'm hearing you speaking out of a place of anger and frustration.

Time -- WIth the new rules changes and such things like this should be handled by the Reconcilliation Team, IIRC. I'm still wrapping my brain around all the changes myself, but if there was an issue of protocol not being followed it does need to be addressed, and if you feel you are not being allowed to present your information fairly and actions were taken that were not necessary, etc... then it needs to be handled in a PM to the appropriate person who oversees staff -- not in a thread within this forum, IMHO.

This is an issue between you, Fr. Rick, and the mods who ruled in this case, etc... Please handle this in PMs to the proper staff members, or in an appeal.

If you want a report re-opened you need to PM a supermod or an admin. No one else has the authority to do it.

This thread is being closed as its nothing but trouble.
