Yet more temporcentric drivel: truth never goes out of date.

That's true. What they said isn't.

Evolution goes back to the 6th century B.C. so it's "millennia out of date."

Except that evolution is still demonstrably true. What they said isn't.

Humans were created in God's Image and Likeness, and the idea of ancient men looking like the stereotypical caveman is an insult to God!

Increasing affluence allows us to wash away our normal smells and natural oils and replace them with all kinds of aftershave, deodorants and 'moisturising creams'.
I dare you to find a deodorant that washes away my normals smells. :D

Sweet Madam, I put it to you that your post has little to do with religion and more to do with your fear of the animal side of human nature.
Nail, head, smack. Well said, sir.

is this op for real? Hey mods, why is this in the science section? Shouldn't this he in the superstition section since the op said not a single word having anything to do with life science?
You mean references in the OP like "neandrothaul" err. . . "Neandruthauls" err . . . . . . ah never mind, and "the idea that humans evolved from monkeys!" have nothing to do with life science?

Well there are the excavations of ancient hearths and animal bones with cutting marks corresponding to preparation for cooking. So unless primitive man used caves as a dining out experience, before waltzing back to their country houses afterwards, it would be safe to assume they took advantage of the shelter and protection caves afforded, and lived in them.

So maybe it was used as a garbage dump. Or maybe they did camp out in caves for recreation, as we camp out. Regardless, even if they did live in them, I know I wouldn't want to be called a "houseman". I find the term "caveman" offensive. To so narrowly define a class of people by their type of dwelling is an insult to their dignity, and borders on being a violation of their civil rights. Just because they didn't have the fancy gadgets you have doesn't mean they didn't lead rich, multi-faceted, fulfilling lives. I have half a mind to report this whole thread for its gross insensitivity. You people make me sick. And grind my gears. And etc.

Ergo, God is a "caveman." Thank you for playing!
Since you now concede God exists, does that mean you also realize you've been deceived your whole life?

I might have to disagree with you here.
I could be wrong on that, bro.
Is there a shred of evidence that men ever lived in caves?
I found this:
Job 30:6 said:
To dwell in the clifts of the valleys, in caves of the earth, and in the rocks.
I think Petra was a city carved out of the side of a mountain in rock, as well.
We find pictures on old cave walls; we find pictures on new museum walls; does that mean future generations will think we lived in museums?
LOL

Can you imagine evolutionary archaeologists a thousand years from now digging down to see what we looked like back then and finding Disneyland?

Our ancestors were more advanced not less advanced.

Both mentally and physically.

And your claim is absurd.

Claiming human beings were subhuman hairy apes, unable to walk normally and upright, unable to use their vocal chords, illiterate, mentally retarded, and essentially braindead, simply because they were born before you were, is not admiration.

It is pure Darwinian ignorance, arrogance, temporocentrism, eurocentrism, and racism.

They did it because their brains were less devolved than ours.

I find this racist Victorian Age fairy tale insane and totally incredible and unbelievable.

What's insulting is that modern humans have devolved to such a state of temporocentrism, racism, ignorance, and gullibility that they actually believe this lie.

F.Y.I. The Aryan race was not the first to think, speak, and write.

Truth isn't determined by what one likes or dislikes.

Truth is determined by evidence.

And all the evidence demonstrates that the evolutionist fairy tale of human beings as subhuman, braindead, and illiterate apes is simply a myth.

In fact, it has been shown that human beings have devolved from a past state of superior intelligence and scientific wisdom, mental superiority, and physical superiority to the current state of ignorance and pseudoscience based upon Victorian Age evolution mythology and the racist denial of global history.
I'm used to you being rude, and I'm used to you posting a bizarre contradictory miss mash of Hindu and Christian Creationism... but I'm not sure if I've been personally offended before.

Now the reason I don't think my ancestors were especially intelligent is not because I'm racist and it's not because I assume we must automatically be superior to people in the past out of vanity, it's because we have found their remains. They lived in Africa, that is were their bones were preserved, and they had small brains, quite similar to the size of modern chimps.

And you are right, truth is determined by evidence. Can you give any for this theory of "devolution"? Some grand claims in the myths of ancient peoples about their gods flying in chariots of fire is not proof of space ships when archaeologists have studied their ruined cits and found that they were made of mud and stone.

So lets look at the evidence shall we?

On the side of evolution we have: Genetics, bodies, ruins and artifacts demonstrating that writing is tens of thousands of years old at the oldest and that our species is much less then a million years old.

On the side of Devolution we have: Your personal interpretation of fabulous myths...

So I'm sure you're going to reply with a lot of pointless come backs, but I'd ask you back up your accusation of racism to me personally. Evolution is not racist... all the variations of modern humanity are exactly the same species and exactly as evolved as each other.

LOL.

Do you claim to know more about nature than Aristotle?

Everyone knows more about nature than Aristotle -- it would be nigh-impossible for any learned man in this day and age not to know more about nature than Aristotle.

Can't speak for Americans or the homeschooled, but every 5th grade Australian kid should.
Wow. Hilarious.

I'll bet you've never even read Aristotle.

LOL.

These responses are hilarious.

LOL, indeed.
ROFL.

LOL.

You don't know everyone, so as usual you are not qualified to make that claim.

Yeah right...

«Nature produces [Bernacae] against Nature in the most extraordinary way. They are like marsh geese but somewhat smaller. They are produced from fir timber tossed along the sea, and are at first like gum. Afterwards they hang down by their beaks as if they were a seaweed attached to the timber, and are surrounded by shells in order to grow more freely. Having thus in process of time been clothed with a strong coat of feathers, they either fall into the water or fly freely away into the air. They derived their food and growth from the sap of the wood or from the sea, by a secret and most wonderful process of alimentation. I have frequently seen, with my own eyes, more than a thousand of these small bodies of birds, hanging down on the sea-shore from one piece of timber, enclosed in their shells, and already formed. They do not breed and lay eggs like other birds, nor do they ever hatch any eggs, nor do they seem to build nests in any corner of the earth.»
Giraldus Cambrensis "Topographica Hiberniae" (1187)

Now tell me about scientific method in ancient times
