Well, my idol (one of them) is this man- Terry Wogan, who has a long running early mroning radio show (Pauly Walters. the guy in my avatar was the producer- he just died recently.)
One of the contributers is called "Crooky"- the crooked old man of Bangor Town.
So it was a pic of him rather than the guy in the nursery rhythm!
These tablets are having a strange effect on me....

I take the blank slate approach!
I just start with one thing and let it develop, just like the nanonovel really......

Same here. I figure out the name after I see how it looks. Sort of free association naming -- it's usually the first word that pops into my head.

No, I'm currently off sick from work with arthritis and depression.

Well, sadly, not feeling better and had some pretty upsetting family news this evening.
One of those years I guess.

Sorry Cat, hang in there.

I was told it takes about 2 weeks to see results when you start taking SSRIs. I actually started to see changes around day 3 or 4.

It's so easy to drop back into the same patterns of thought and behavior, though. That's the real challenge for me, spending more time with people who make me smile, and more time doing things that make me feel better.

The boys are fine and Mike is fine and that's really cool.
My father was 80 yesterday and in the middle of his party (which was a low key affair) had some pretty devastating news which we're all still coming to grips with.
So I'm retreating again for a bit as I need my resources for elsewhere...

But I'll be back as soon as it's sorted. Cause I miss you all so much when I'm gone.
