Carrying a heavy load

I have two disabled grown kids and a disabled wife all living at home. I am the sole support though the two kids receive SSI which helps my wife was disqualified even though she hasn't been able to work in 10 years and is barely able to walk.

I have to keep working for their sakes though I have had health problems of my own including a heart bypass operation and nerve damage in my spine. I am tired all the time and I hurt every day mostly at night when I can't sleep all the way through because of the pain.

And yet I am joyful in the Lord despite everything. That amazes me and I wonder how I can be like that considering the struggles I have to endure daily.

My heart and prayers go out to you, this is a huge load. And your not feeling well either. It must be very hard not to be able to sleep, I pray the Lord gives you rest and comfort.

I am tired all the time and I hate that. It is difficult for me to function at full capacity when I keep falling asleep at work or while driving home. Sometimes I feel like I may lose consciousness and cause a terrible accident. I have blacked out a couple of times and miraculously survived. But at night when I do try to sleep there is the pain.
